Samsung recently launched the Galaxy S26 series in Nepal. And the Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 are also here with improved audio and a translucent case. In this article, we will discuss the Galaxy Buds 4 in detail, including its features and official price in Nepal.

Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Overview:

Design and Audio

First and foremost, Samsung has reworked the case for the Galaxy Buds 4 so the earbuds lie flat, making them easier to retrieve and store. The transparent lid offers a glimpse of the earbuds without fully opening the case.

In terms of design, buds feature a semi-in-ear body. You get flat stems here that also feature touch-sensitive areas with pinch-and-swipe controls, making it easier to adjust playback or volume. In our testing, it was comfortable to use, although not as much as the in-ear ones.

Audio and ANC

In terms of audio, the Buds 4 is powered by an 11 mm wide-range driver, delivering balanced sound from controlled bass to clear highs. With this setup, it can also deliver 24-bit/96kHz Hi-Fi sound via Samsung Seamless Codec (SSC). We tried it with the S26 Ultra, and the audio felt mellow and had a natural sound profile. Even without a perfect seal, the upper midrange and treble remain bright and detailed. The ANC is slightly weaker than on the Pro variant, as expected. Likewise, the buds support Super Clear Call technology via a six-mic array, providing a clearer voice quality during calls.

Battery and Others

Each earbud houses a 43 mAh battery, while the charging case carries a 500 mAh cell, providing up to 7 hours of playtime on a single charge and up to 29 hours with the case. In our usage, it lasted easily for 6.5 hours. You can charge this thing USB Type-C or wirelessly. Lastly, it supports Bluetooth 6.1, and Galaxy users can pair instantly without an app.

The Galaxy Buds 4 are actually priced very well in Nepal compared to India, where it costs 27,199. And for this price, it delivers balanced audio with an 11mm driver and a solid battery life. The ANC could have been better, but since it's a semi-in-ear TWS, this is what we get. I feel this product makes the most sense if you’re already using a Samsung phone, since features like seamless pairing and optimized audio work best within the Galaxy ecosystem. If you have other smartphones, you can only leverage the AAC codec.
